How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on msw.ae infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all required elements to be effective.

A valid DMCA notice must contain the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This informs the copyright holder of your dispute.

A valid counter-notification must contain the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location on msw.ae where the material appeared before its removal or disabling.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you must consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district in which MSW may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy
